By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which form part of them. We may revise these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the revision.

You can browse and buy without an account; creating one lets you see your order history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Product photography is as honest as we can make it, but screens differ and natural fibre varies. Slight differences in colour, and the slubs and small irregularities characteristic of handwoven linen, are the nature of the cloth - not defects.

Sizes, availability, and designs may change between visits. A product shown on the site is an invitation to purchase, not a guarantee of stock.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We take care over pricing, but if a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the affected order and refund anything paid.

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example where stock has run out, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraud or bulk purchase for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

We accept card, UPI and netbanking payments, processed by our payment gateway Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes. Card and banking details are entered in Razorpay's payment window; we never see or store them.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns, exchanges, and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Everything on this site - the ZEDAiRE name and wordmark, photography, copy, and designs - belongs to Zed Aar Exports or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. Our garments are sold for personal use, not for resale.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

We stand behind every garment we make, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-forum rights you hold under applicable law.
